MMA Board of Directors
Board of Directors are responsible for ensuring the Middle Management Association fulfills its mission by planning for the future, monitoring operations, evaluating the organization’s performance and meeting fiduciary responsibilities.

Board members are:
- Elected by Middle Management Association members*
- Expected to serve two-year term
- Required to attend three meetings per year (minimum)
In addition, many of our board members also serve on other committees, contribute to special projects, and provide support to members at our annual conference and other meetings.
*Only dues-paying members are eligible to vote, run for board positions and hold an office.
