What is the MMA Professional Development Program?

MMA’s professional development program offers reimbursements for continuing education up to $1500.

This program is one of the benefits offered only to dues-paying members.

• Applications are reviewed throughout the year until funds are exhausted.
• Awards are one-time grants and eligible members may not receive more than one award per year.

These funds provide resources and support for supervisors who wish to:

• Develop and improve their supervisory skill set
• Stay current with best practices in their field
• Deepen their leadership expertise and excellence
